The Options Selector helps you configure features and functions of the Backup Client (software).

It also helps you control how much computer power the backup process is allowed to consume, plus how much of your Internet link it is allowed to use, if a limit needs to be set.

 

The History Display helps you see how often and how much is being backed up, right down to the individual file.

It helps you decide how much your data changes and therefore how much total data allocation you will need.
