The Backup in Process Display helps you see what is being backed up, how fast it is occurring and how fast it is being transferred to the Backup Storage Facility.
It helps you decide how your computer is coping with the backup data load, and how long the backup is taking.
While the processing is going on you can alter the balance between computer speed and backup speed if you need to.
